On the second Friday of every month, Argentine Tango illuminates the Century Ballroom.

Tango is dance that emerged from the streets of Buenos Aires and Montevideo over 100 years ago, when the working class seized on opportunities to dance fast milongas, African candombes, and sensual amorous tangos.  Allow us to transport you to this time and place!

We present the best local and West Coast DJs, along with internationally known artists.

At 8:30, an introductory class is held with teachers who have a combined 30 years of experience in Argentinian Tango.  Then, from 9:30-12:30 dancing will circumnavigate the floor with dancers of all levels of experience and ambition – a community dedicated to the fine art of Argentine Tango.

The Tin Table will be offering excellent wine, champagne and mixed cocktails, along with an opportunity to socialize, and perhaps have a leisurely meal or a quick light dinner.
