Rhythm & Rhyme is Noveltease Theatre’s cabaret series fusing poetry, burlesque, and live music. Each salon focuses on a different poetic movement, with a rotating cast of burlesque performers, bands, and featured poets to bring salacious sonnets, ribald rhymes, and comely cantos to life in an atmosphere of frivolity and intellectual curiosity.

From the troubadours of Medieval Europe to the pop poets of contemporary music, Noveltease Theatre presents a celebration of the poetry of music! Featuring: Sho Shine Rosé, Bijoux Genet, Solangerie, Alyza Del Pan-Monley, Apollo Vidra, Verity Germaine, Obscura Fox, and Café Au Lait Olé; with music by The Ian Hughes Trio, and hosted by Izzy Von Ghoul! - November 17: Revolutionary Poetry
Poetry has both revolutionized language and been the language of revolution. It has fed the souls of activists, amplified the voices of the oppressed, and stirred great feeling in the weary. Join Noveltease Theatre as we celebrate Revolutionary Poetry with poets Sara Brickman, and Gabrielle Gutierrez y Muhs. Featuring the burlesque talents of Miss Aurora Boobrealis, Boom Boom L’Roux, Cheeky Diamondz, Lulu La Lune, Pinay Grigio, and Scarlett Folds, with host, Sin de la Rosa, and accompanied by the psychedelic sounds of The Pazific!
