Int+ Balboa workshop diving deep into what many original Balboa dancers called “The Heartbeat of Balboa”: Out-and-Ins. We’ll explore its usefulness throughout Bal-Swing and share some favorite Out-and-Ins based moves and combos.
Prerequisites: Balboa 1 (or equivalent,) Balboa 2a AND Balboa 2b
Uphold and downhold basics, come arounds, lollies, toss outs, and out and ins. The workshop will build on these foundational moves, creating exciting combos and an easier use of momentum throughout the dance.
