hustle dance classes

What is Hustle?

Hustle is a partner dance derived from Latin vernacular dance forms primarily Mambo and Salsa with influences of swing and other partner dance styles. It was born out of the streets of New York City’s boroughs in the early 1970’s and quickly migrated to the nightclubs where it rose to mainstream popularity via the Disco era. Hustle continued to evolve beyond the Disco era and continues to evolve today. It can be danced to virtually any music including: disco, house, funk, soul, R&B, Afro beat, pop, electronic, to name a few. There are several styles of Hustle including: Latin Hustle, New Style Hustle, Street Hustle, and more.

Listed below are the Hustle classes we offer. We don’t always offer every class, so make sure to check the Class Schedule to see what is offered each session.
