At The Tin Table, we aim to create beauty in our food, drink, and atmosphere and to make you feel special whether you are having a leisurely meal or a quick bite. The ambiance is relaxing and conducive to sitting and socializing for hours should you desire.

Hallie’s favorite thing to say is, “When I opened Century Ballroom’s restaurant 27 years ago, it was because I had no idea how to cook.” Not only does she appreciate great food, but more importantly, she appreciates the environment, the people working in the restaurant, and those she dines with. The Tin Table opened 16 years ago, in place of the Century’s “café”, and in 2024 had a rebirth to focus on showcasing the craft cocktails, creating sharable plates that represent a wide variety of flavors, and creating the environment that she – and she hopes others – would want to hang out in. And yes, she learned how to cook, and now makes pizza from scratch every Tuesday night for her friends and their kids.
Sander Raav
Bar Manager
Sander’s career in the Food & Beverage industry began in 2004 in his native country of Estonia. His travels landed him in Seattle in 2010 where he has held positions as a bartender, bar manager, brand ambassador, treasurer for the Seattle chapter of United States Bartenders Guild, and a business owner. He is experienced in cocktail competitions. Sander has been Bar Manager at The Tin Table and Century Ballroom since 2016.
